Does what the questioner said, out of exasperation and mockery of the religion or its rulings, constitute disbelief that necessitates uttering the Two Testimonies and performing ghusl, given her knowledge that she was suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder and that her exasperation was not in the realm of disbelief?
