What is the ruling on taking or eating meat sent from a "Zarda" feast, which is dedicated to a pious saint, while there is doubt regarding the mention of Allah's name upon it and the intention behind the slaughter?

Slaughtering for saints with the intention of drawing closer to them and believing they can cause benefit or harm is forbidden by Islamic law and constitutes polytheism (shirk), just as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed its perpetrator. The meat of such a slaughtered animal is not permissible to eat because it is among that which has been dedicated to other than Allah. However, if it was not slaughtered for the saint, Imam Ahmad disliked slaughtering it near his grave and eating from it. It is incumbent upon students of knowledge to correct beliefs and teach them to others.
