How can I convince my teacher that Adam (peace be upon him) was created covered, and not naked as Western theory claims?

Adam and Eve were covered before eating from the tree. The evidence for this is Allah Almighty's saying: "And when they tasted of the tree, their private parts became manifest to them, and they began to stitch together over themselves some of the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord called to them, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy?" (Al-A'raf:22), and His saying: "Indeed, you will not be hungry therein or be unclothed." (Taha:118).
