Is a wife considered disobedient (nashiz) if she requests living separately from her husband, who desires a shared life with his family, especially given that she wears the niqab?

A wife has the right to independent maintenance and a separate dwelling from her husband's family. She is not considered disobedient (nashiz) if she refuses to share living arrangements with them, and she cannot be coerced into doing so.
