Does Allah Almighty answer the supplication of one who disobeyed Him and repented to Him regarding marriage, and restore his sexual desire and ability to have an erection after repenting from masturbation?

Allah loves those who repent and rejoices over the repentance of His servant. He forgives the sins of the repentant, no matter how great they are; in fact, He transforms their evil deeds into good ones. The threat (of punishment) does not befall the truthful penitent in his repentance, and Allah answers the prayer of one who repents. One must hasten to repent before it is too late.
