Will Allah accept the repeated repentance of a servant for masturbating, despite repeatedly returning to it and promising not to relapse?

Masturbation is forbidden and has religious and physical harms. Allah accepts the repentance of whoever repents to Him with sincere repentance that fulfills the four conditions: refraining from the sin, regretting having committed it, resolving not to return to it, and restoring rights if they pertain to creation. A Muslim must strive against their own self, repeat repentance, and seek Allah's help, for Allah accepts the repentance of His servant if it is sincere. Allah Almighty says: "And indeed, I am the Forgiver of whoever repents and believes and does righteousness and then is guided." As for repentance with the intention of returning to sin, that is a mockery.
