Is paying the price for free mixing unlawful in Algeria, especially given that the living conditions there make it unavoidable?

It is forbidden for men and women to intermix in work or study. The Hadith (definition), "Indeed, when Allah forbids something for a people, He also forbids its price for them," applies to those who receive wages for the intermixing itself, not to those who perform a permissible job in a mixed environment. Although in this case wages are taken for the work, intermixing is still forbidden. Therefore, a Muslim should look for another job where they can avoid what is unlawful, and if they do not find one, they must fear Allah, lower their gaze, and avoid seclusion, handshakes, and speaking with women as much as possible.
