The answer

The husband should be advised to treat his wife with kindness, and to beware of wronging her or accusing her of sorcery without clear evidence. He should also be advised to take care of his children, as he is responsible for them. It is sin enough for a man to neglect those he is meant to provide for, and to withhold sustenance from those whose livelihood he controls. He should also be advised to fear Allah in his dealings with non- women. Furthermore, it is impermissible for a woman to work in a place where she is alone with a non-mahram man. He should maintain the remembrance of Allah (dhikr) and perform ruqya. There is no objection to consulting someone trustworthy in their faith and honesty from those who treat sorcery. If advice proves unhelpful and the wife and children are harmed, they may refer the matter to the court.
