Is it permissible to perform communal takbir before the Eid prayer and interrupt the Eid takbirat to advise people?

The collective takbir (proclamation of 'Allahu Akbar') before the Eid prayer is not legislated. There is no harm if one person recites the takbir through loudspeakers without people collectively following him. There is no objection to interrupting the takbir to remind people about Zakat (definition) al-Fitr before the prayer. As for citing fabricated or baseless hadiths, this is reprehensible and impermissible. Whoever narrates a hadith (definition) knowing it to be false is one of the liars, and whoever intentionally fabricates a lie against the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, let him prepare his seat in Hellfire.
