If what is attributed to the father is true, then he must fear Allah and not oppress his children by seizing their money. The children should try to resolve the issue with him kindly and righteously, and seek help from benevolent people if they are unable to do so. They must also remember his kindness to them, bearing in mind that a father has a right to his children's wealth when he is in need. It is advisable to consult the Shariah court regarding the money, and the father's marriage should not be opposed.
