The answer

Islam has called for adherence to good morals and exchanging gifts, due to their great impact in spreading love and purifying souls between those who exchange gifts. It has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Exchange gifts, for indeed gifts remove the sickness of the chest, and let no neighbor belittle for her neighbor even a burnt hoof of a sheep." (Reported by Al-Tirmidhi). And Al-Bukhari reported in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Exchange gifts, and you will love each other." Therefore, if the fiancée's intention in giving a gift to her fiancé is sound, such that it does not lead him to commit anything forbidden with her, then there is no objection to it. Rather, it is recommended and a virtue, and a good omen of the sincerity of her affection.
