Is admiration of beauty without lust considered lust, and what is the ruling concerning fluid discharged due to looking without feeling lust?

Looking at a non-spouse with lust is absolutely forbidden. Lust is defined as the soul's inclination to draw close to what is being looked at, and the mere strong presumption that lust will be aroused is sufficient for prohibition. If one's gaze falls upon a forbidden or tempting sight unintentionally, there is no sin, but one must avert the gaze immediately, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying regarding a sudden glance: "He commanded me to avert my gaze." Lowering the gaze is one of the most beneficial things for preserving chastity and rectifying the heart.
