Is it permissible to confess to a sin for the purpose of having the Hadd (prescribed punishment) carried out three years after committing it, and does Saudi Arabia carry out the Hadd on a confessor coming from abroad?

A Muslim should confess his sin so that the Hadd (prescribed punishment) may be carried out upon him, though this is contrary to what is superior. This is because repentance purifies the Muslim, and Allah will not punish one who has repented from his sin on the Day of Judgment; rather, his evil deeds will be transformed into good deeds. A Muslim should devote his efforts to goodness, beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and calling to Allah, instead of occupying himself with the matter of the Hadd being carried out.
