This is because repentance purifies the Muslim, and Allah will not punish one who has repented from his sin on the Day of Judgment; rather, his evil deeds will be transformed into good deeds. A Muslim should devote his efforts to goodness, beneficial knowledge, righteous deeds, and calling to Allah, instead of occupying himself with the matter of the Hadd being carried out.
