Is it permissible to purchase an apartment through a bank with down payments and annual installments including interest?

If you have entered into a usurious contract and you are able to extricate yourself from it, then do so and repent to Allah. However, if you are unable to, then proceed with it to avoid legal repercussions, while repenting, seeking forgiveness, and resolving not to return to it.
