Am I entitled to sue someone who denied settling his debts after I paid an amount of (182,400) from my bank account to settle his loan?

If you lend money to someone to pay off his debt, and then he denies it, you have the right to sue him to recover your due, because denying a debt or delaying its payment is forbidden, and "the procrastination of the rich is injustice." Al-Bukhari reported that whoever takes people's money with the intention of repaying it, Allah will repay it on his behalf, and whoever takes it with the intention of destroying it, Allah will destroy him. So, let him fear Allah and pay your right in full. And if you pay his debt on his behalf without his permission, with the intention of recourse to him, then you have the right to demand it from him, and he must pay it back to you.
