Does administrative law conflict with Sharia?
Administrative judgment is not permissible if it rules by other than the law of Allah, because it contradicts the texts of the Sacred Law which restrict judgment to Allah Almighty alone, and consider seeking judgment from other than His law to be contrary to faith, as evidenced by verses such as: "The judgment is none but Allah's" and "But no, by your Lord, they can have no faith, until they make you judge in all disputes between them," and the verses "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed – then it is those who are the disbelievers," and "the wrongdoers," and "the defiantly disobedient." However, if it rules by the law of Allah, then that is what is required.
