Is it permissible to pray in two socks, one over the other, if the bottom sock has holes through which the skin is visible from the light, non-transparent top sock?

The madhhab (school of thought) of the majority of scholars is that a woman's feet are considered 'awrah (private parts) both during prayer and outside of it. Therefore, if she prays and the skin of her feet shows through holes in her socks, her prayer is invalid and must be repeated, according to many scholars. However, the Hanafis hold the view that a woman's feet are not 'awrah, and this is also the chosen opinion of Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen, so her prayer is valid according to them. The Malikis, on the other hand, consider the prayer valid, but it is recommended to repeat it as long as the time for the prayer has not expired.
