The name "Rumaysaa'" is not mentioned in the well-known books of and history. Rather, what is mentioned is "Ghumaysaa'," and "Rumaysaa'" is a distortion of it. The most probable opinion is that she is Umm Sulaym bint Milhan, but the sources do not agree on this.
