Is it permissible to prioritize the Amazigh language over the Arabic language in learning, considering that to be a degradation of the language of the Holy Qur'an?

The Arabic language is the language of the best book revealed and the best Prophet sent. It is mentioned in the Quran that the tongue of the Quran is "Arabic, clear and manifest." Ibn al-Qayyim stated that Allah revealed His most honorable books in it and praised it as an Arabic tongue. It was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that the language of the people of Paradise is Arabic, though this hadith has been deemed weak by some scholars like Al-Albani. Preferring other languages over it is considered an affront to the Quran, and learning it takes precedence over others due to the Muslim's need for it in performing acts of worship. One must beware of calls for nationalistic or tribalistic fanaticism, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade them saying: "Leave it, for it is rotten." Let the belonging be to Islam.
