Will the Muslim girl who was forced into prostitution enter Hellfire, knowing that her refusal means her death, and does the sin fall upon her or upon her father?

What pains the heart is the coercion of girls into corruption, and responsibility for this falls upon the ruler and those responsible for fighting corruption, then upon the people of authority and influence, and also upon parents who are negligent in raising their children. Ibn al-Qayyim said: "Whoever neglects teaching his child what benefits him, and leaves him to wander aimlessly, has done him the greatest disservice." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Each of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock."

The Sharia pardons one who is coerced under duress, even if it is into disbelief, as in the Almighty's saying: (Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief — except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith). And the Sharia has stipulated the unlawfulness of coercion into prostitution, and has promised forgiveness for the coerced, and for whoever repents from among those who coerce, as in the Almighty's saying: (And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution if they desire chastity, seeking the perishable goods of worldly life. And if someone compels them, then indeed, Allah is, after their compulsion, Forgiving and Merciful).

If the coercion reaches the point of killing or withholding food and drink until death, then there is no sin upon the coerced, and she may ransom herself. However, she must be unable to repel the coercer or escape from him, otherwise she would not be considered coerced.
