Is it better to dig a shallow well with the full amount of the perpetual charity, or to contribute to digging an artesian well that has a longer lifespan?

"The well that offers more benefit to people will bring a greater reward. If the shallow well has a shorter lifespan and dries up, while the artesian well lasts longer, then participating in digging the artesian well yields a greater reward because it is more beneficial. It is stated in the Hadith: 'The most beloved of people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people.' So, do what benefits people more."
