Did not Imam al-Hadi say it is permissible to glorify God (perform tasbeeh) instead of reciting Al-Fatiha in the third and fourth rak'ahs of prayer?

The Zaydis mentioned that it is permissible to recite Tasbih instead of Al-Fatiha in the standing position of the last two rak'ahs of a four-rak'ah prayer and the last rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer, citing a narration from Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). However, Al-Nawawi deemed this narration weak. The permissibility of reciting Al-Fatiha in these two rak'ahs is almost a matter of consensus among jurists. Even the Hanafis, who allowed for a choice between recitation, silence, or Tasbih, stated that recitation is superior. The authentic Sunnah has indicated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to recite Al-Fatiha in the last two rak'ahs of a four-rak'ah prayer and the last rak'ah of the Maghrib prayer.
