ما هو الدليل على المرتبة الأولى من الإيمان بالقدر؟

The first stage of belief in divine decree (Al-Qadar) is knowledge. This means believing in Allah's encompassing knowledge of all things—existent, non-existent, possible, and impossible—and that He knows what His creation will do before He creates them. Many verses attest to this, such as His Almighty saying: "That you may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge" (At-Talaq: 12). Prophetic traditions also support this, including the Prophet's (peace be upon him) statement concerning the children of polytheists: "Allah knows best what they would have done."
