Does anything arise from saying that the infallibility of marriage is in the hand of Allah, Almighty and Exalted, and then in the hand of the husband?

The statement may contain a valid meaning, which is that the husband cannot dissolve the marriage عقدة النكاح or sustain it except by the will of Allah Almighty, as He says: "And you do not will except that Allah wills, the Lord of the worlds." If this is the intended meaning, then there is no harm in it. But if he intends another meaning, then let him clarify it.
