Do the words "مهما" (no matter what/however much) and "كلما" (whenever/every time) necessitate the continuity of the oath, such that it is not dissolved by breaking it once, in oaths like: "By Allah, no matter what happens to me, I will stay by your side and strengthen you, and I will not let you be afraid," and "By Allah, no matter what happens, I will never commit that sin"?

"Whenever" (كلما) and "whatever" (مهما) necessitate repetition if the wording inherently indicates it. For example, if someone says: "Whenever I do such-and-such, I owe an oath or an expiation," then upon uttering this, an expiation is due for each instance of the action. The mentioned oaths do not inherently necessitate repetition by their wording, due to the absence of a phrase like "Whatever I do, an expiation or an oath is incumbent upon me."
