Is it permissible, according to the Hanafī school, to be released from repeated oaths by avoiding backbiting, without expiation?

If a person swears an oath using a phrase that implies repetition, such as "whenever" or "whatever," then the expiation for the oath is repeated each time the oath is broken. However, if the wording does not require repetition, then breaking the oath necessitates only one expiation, and the oath is dissolved. If one swears an oath with a phrase that implies repetition and breaks it multiple times, a single expiation suffices for what has passed, and thereafter a new expiation is required for each subsequent breaking of the oath. The questioner's oath does not imply repetition unless she intended it to; if she did not intend repetition, a single expiation suffices, and her oath is dissolved.
