Is the supplication, "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath..." to be recited in the final Tashahhud before the Taslim in the Witr prayer, or after the Taslim?

The Hadith of Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, states that he used to say at the end of his Witr prayer: "O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your wrath, and in Your forgiveness from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praise; You are as You have praised Yourself." This is a sound Hadith. Scholars have differed on the meaning of "at the end of his Witr" in four ways: after rising from Rukūʿ in the Qunūt supplication, in prostration (sujūd), after the Tashahhud before the salām, and after the salām.

The preponderant view is that the difference of opinion among scholars regarding the interpretation of "at the end of his Witr" is permissible. Therefore, whoever recites it in the Qunūt supplication, or in their prostration, or at the end of the Witr before the salām, or after it, all of this is permissible.
