Is it permissible to obligate a partner to sell his share, restricted to a specific time (18 hours in six days and leaving on the seventh day), despite the difficulty of finding a buyer who accepts this condition?

If two or more people share ownership of something, such as a car, and they equalize the usufruct, then they are permitted to divide the usufruct through alternate turns (muhayat), whereby each partner benefits from it for a specific period, such as days or hours, according to their agreement and mutual consent. This muhayat is temporal, where they take turns in benefiting from the shared item for a known period commensurate with each person's share. It is not permissible to compel a partner to accept a share of benefit less than others, or to force them to benefit at a time they do not agree to, because that is injustice. And none of the partners is allowed to monopolize an excess benefit except with the consent of the others, because they are equal in ownership.
