What is the ruling on one who swore an oath not to do something, then did it unintentionally, with the intention of excluding unintentionality?

If you swear not to do something and you intend at the time of the oath "except unintentionally," then you do not break your oath by doing that thing unintentionally, because an oath is based on the intention of the swearer.
