Therefore, she who does not comply with Allah’s command in verses 31 of Surat An-Nur and 59 of Surat Al-Ahzab regarding the hijab, cannot be described as adherent. You must advise these sisters with wisdom and good counsel, fulfilling the trust of advice in religion. This is a duty that does not cease by saying that there was no response or knowledge. They will be rewarded for fulfilling the duty, for guidance is in the hand of Allah.
