What should a woman do if she achieves purity from menstruation while at work and is unable to perform ghusl, which would lead to missing three prayer times?

A woman must initiate ghusl immediately upon seeing purity from menstruation. Delaying it until the prayer time has passed is one of the major sins. If purity occurs during work, perform ghusl at the workplace if possible. Otherwise, return home to perform ghusl. If you are unable to do either, perform ghusl as much as possible, perform tayammum for the remainder, and pray. Then, perform ghusl with water when you are able to do so.
