Is it permissible to permanently park a second car in designated visitor and guest parking spaces, given that there are pre-paid parking spaces designated for residents?

If the parking spaces belong to the building owner and their use is agreed upon in the contract, then the parking of a second car in the guest parking spaces has two scenarios:

1. First Scenario: If the parking is done without the permission or consent of the parking space owner, and without paying the agreed-upon fee, then it is not permissible to use these spaces. This is because it constitutes an encroachment on a Muslim's right and a breach of agreement. Allah Almighty says: (O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts).

2. Second Scenario: If the building owner knows about the parking, tolerates it, and does not request a fee, then there is no harm in using these spaces, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): (Indeed, the property of a person is not lawful [to take] except with his willing consent).
