Buying and renting after the second Adhan on Friday are religiously forbidden, with the exception of what is necessitated by dire need or pressing need, such as buying a ride or water for ablution for one who needs it. Renting a parking spot for a car for prayer is considered one of the legitimate needs that does not prevent going to Jumu'ah, especially since the person entering does not stop for long, and the intention is not to delay going to Jumu'ah. Therefore, there is no objection to renting a parking spot after the second call due to need and not being distracted from prayer, while seeking to make parking free at this time to avoid dispute and suspicion.
