The answer

If the madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) that stained your garment dries, it will not transfer to other clothes nor will it contaminate them. If the madhiy is wet and you doubt its transfer to clean clothes, it does not contaminate them, because the original ruling is that it has not transferred. However, if you are certain that the wetness of the madhiy has transferred to another garment, then only the spot it touched becomes impure, and it is sufficient to wash that spot. But if its location becomes indistinguishable and you do not know where it is, then the entire garment is considered impure, and prayer in it is not valid.
