What is the ruling on money acquired from violating labor laws that prohibit the slaughter of poultry and rabbits for money, as compensation for a right usurped by the employer?

What was mentioned about violating work conditions and using the slaughterhouse land without permission is a prohibited aggression. It is not permissible to take the employer's money without his knowledge and consent.

However, if the employer is unjust and denies rights, and the worker cannot obtain his right except through surreptitious means, scholars have differing opinions on the issue of al-Zafar (the wronged person taking their right from the oppressor without their knowledge). Some permit it under certain conditions, while others forbid it.

Those who permit it have cited the Almighty's saying: (Except those who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah much and triumph after they have been wronged.) [Ash-Shu'ara: 227], and the narration of Hind bint Utbah: "Take what suffices you and your child in a reasonable manner," and the narration of Uqbah ibn Amir: "If you stay with a people and they command for you what is proper for a guest, then accept it. If they do not do so, then take from them the right of the guest which is due to them."

Accordingly, if the employer's injustice and denial of rights are proven, and the worker cannot obtain his right except through surreptitious means, there is no harm in doing so, provided there is precision and no transgression of the right. However, it must be noted that exceeding the limit and taking the right of another is like taking a piece of fire.

As for using the slaughterhouse land without permission, it may involve greater harm and a more significant corruption, and this should be taken into consideration even if the injustice is proven.
