The answer

Your husband's religion does not affect the zakat on your wealth, as each of you has an independent financial standing. If your sukuk reach the nisab on their own, or by combining them with other wealth, and they meet the other conditions for zakat, then zakat is obligatory on them as trade goods.

We advise you to withdraw your funds from the National Sukuk Company and dispose of the suspicious (haram) profits by giving them to the poor and needy. As for the non-suspicious profits, they should be added to the principal capital and zakat should be paid on them if the conditions of a full year (hawl) and nisab are met.

If you find it difficult to determine the amount of unlawful money, then give all the profits in charity, or half of them as a precautionary measure.
