What is the interpretation of involuntarily and repeatedly reciting specific Quranic verses—such as: "And Allah extends provision and restricts it," "Then Adam received from his Lord [certain] words, and He accepted his repentance," and "Move not your tongue with it to hasten thereby"—before waking up from sleep?

We have no interpretation for what is happening to you, but we are optimistic for your well-being, and we remind you of some morning remembrances (adhkar al-istiqaz), including: dusting off the bed and saying: "In Your name, my Lord, I have laid down my side..." and "Praise be to Allah who has healed me in my body, returned my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him." And upon fright: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His wrath, His punishment, and the evil of His servants..." And whoever awakes from the night, let him say: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner..." and "In Your name I die and live," and when he stands up, he says: "Praise be to Allah who has given us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection." And if he turns over in bed at night: "There is no god but Allah, the One, the Subduer, Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the All-Forgiving."
