What is the meaning of waking up from sleep and supplicating without remembering the exact wording of the supplication, after a period of distance from God, followed by repentance and a return to obedience and memorizing the Qur’an?

We advise you to turn to Allah Almighty and strive in His obedience, for happiness is contingent upon obedience. Adhere to the obedience of Allah and abandon His disobedience, maintain the obligatory acts, and increase in supererogatory acts, especially prayer. You must also make up for any missed prayers.
