There is no information from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, indicating that camels are a cure and a mercy. However, it is mentioned in the Sunnah to seek healing with camel milk and urine for specific diseases. There is nothing to prevent camels from being a cause for the transmission of some diseases, and specialists confirm this.
