Was the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) recommendation to drink camel urine and milk general, or was it specific to Medina, such that it cannot be applied in other countries like the United Kingdom or Morocco?

The urine and milk of camels are an effective remedy for some illnesses. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded those who fell ill in Medina to drink them for treatment. The milk and urine of all camels contain healing, and this is not specific to the camels of Medina. For if it were specific to the camels of Medina or any other, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would have clarified that. Since he did not clarify it, it indicates that this is general for all camels, although Bedouin camels are better than others due to the goodness of their pastures and the diversity of their diet. Undoubtedly, this makes their milk purer and more beneficial.

Thus, the urine and milk of all camels contain benefit and healing, by the permission of Allah, whether they are in the East or the West. The best among them are the camels of the deserts and those that graze in natural pastures.
