Is it necessary to repeat the 'Asr prayer within its time if the Imam combined Dhuhr and 'Asr prayers with an early combination (Jam' Taqdeem) due to rain, and the rain stopped before the time for 'Asr?

According to the Shafi'i school, it is permissible to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers due to rain. If the rain was continuous at the time of combining the prayers and then stopped, both prayers are valid, and there is no need to repeat the Asr prayer. This is because whoever is permitted to begin a prayer is permitted to complete it.
