What is the share of the brothers in the inheritance in the presence of a daughter and a wife, and sufficient wealth for the children after the father's death?

Yes, siblings are entitled to inherit from their brother's estate if there are no other heirs, because wealth belongs to Allah, and its division is His division. Contentment and submission to Allah's law are obligatory, as Allah the Almighty says: "But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in what has occurred between them and then find no discomfort in themselves from what you have decided and submit in full submission." The Sacred Law warns against tampering with inheritance by writing over assets to those who are not rightfully entitled, as this is injustice and aggression, and it may lead to a bad end, as stated in the Hadith: "Indeed, a man or woman may perform acts of obedience to Allah for sixty years, then death approaches them, and they cause harm in the will, so the Fire becomes obligatory for them." As for the wife's participation in developing wealth, if it is physical participation, she is entitled to her wages according to custom. If it is financial, her wealth and its growth are calculated and attributed to her, while observing piety towards Allah in all of this.
