Will the questioner be rewarded for his patience with his wife, who had refused intimacy due to a previous psychological trauma, and is his action considered wise or a divine bestowal?

You are to be thanked for your wise treatment of your wife, for it is by Allah's grace, and your patience with her, seeking Allah's pleasure and not holding her accountable for her actions, is a righteous deed for which Allah will reward you with the greatest recompense; for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without reckoning."
