What is the ruling on a pilgrim in the state of ihram anointing their body, head, and ihram garments with perfume before entering the state of ihram?

Perfuming the head and body is a Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. However, perfuming the garments of Ihram is not permissible, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the pilgrim in Ihram from wearing a garment that has been touched by perfume, saying: "Do not wear a garment that has been touched by saffron or wars."
