Is it permissible to pay money to disbelievers (foreign anime companies) in exchange for watching permissible content? And is it permissible to give in charity, on their behalf, the money that would have been paid to them, if paying them is difficult?

Whoever infringes upon intellectual property rights must compensate their owners or seek their forgiveness. There is no difference in this ruling between Muslims and non-Muslims, and there is no sin in paying the due right of a non-believer. As for whoever is unable to reach the owners of the rights, let him donate the money to the needy among the Muslims.
