What is the interpretation of Allah Almighty's saying: "Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs."?

The verse (Emerging from between the loins and the ribs) is interpreted to mean that the origin of human creation is from gushing water (semen), and that the One who created him is capable of bringing him back for accountability. Exegetes differed on the meaning of (tara'ib). Some held that it refers to the place of the necklace on a woman's chest, which is the preferred view of Al-Tabari, Al-Qurtubi, and Ibn Kathir. Others held that it refers to the bones of the chest between the collarbone and the sternum (i.e., of a man). Scientifically, this verse aligns with modern facts, as the cellular origins of the testicle and ovary develop between the loins (sulb) and the tara'ib before they migrate, and the blood and nerve supply to the reproductive organs remain from this region. Furthermore, a man's water (semen) gushes, and the ovum's water gushes when it is released.
