Is it permissible for a husband to register all his property in his brother's name, despite having children and his desire for his wife and children to travel to him, while the ownership of the land remains in his brother's name?

There is no harm in writing down properties in the name of a brother to prove ownership or to facilitate legal procedures. This is not considered transferring ownership, especially if the purpose is to avert injustice and preserve the wealth for its owner, as mentioned by some scholars and Imam Malik. However, it is necessary to have witnesses to this to safeguard rights and to avoid suspicion among brothers.
