Is it permissible for Muslims to participate in the funeral prayer and burial of a Muslim woman, if her Buddhist relatives have performed Buddhist rituals for her for a week, and then she is sent to the mosque for washing and prayer, on the condition that she be buried in a coffin in the Buddhist manner?

The deceased Muslim woman must be buried according to Islamic law. However, if Muslims are in a place where they cannot bury her strictly according to Sharia without causing great strife and harm, then they must do what they can, as Allah Almighty says: "So fear Allah as much as you are able." Attending the prayer for her before burial is obligatory. What her Buddhist family members do before or after the prayer is not within their control. There is no harm in attending her funeral procession and burial, even if there are reprehensible acts committed by her family, because following funerals is one of a Muslim's rights, and this right should not be abandoned due to the presence of a reprehensible act that cannot be changed.
