And what is the ruling on gifts received by high-ranking officials from these companies, which are given to the position and not to the person? And what is the ruling on ordinary people receiving such gifts?

There is no harm in dealing with companies on a personal basis. However, accepting gifts from clients for an employee is not permissible, as it is considered ghulul (illicit gain/embezzlement). Any gifts given to an official due to their work belong to the work, not to them personally, so they are not allowed to keep them for themselves.
