Is the Dhāhirī school of thought exclusive to Ibn Hazm? Is Sheikh Al-Albani a Dhāhirī? And is it permissible to benefit from Sheikh Al-Albani's fatwas?

The Zahiri school of thought was founded by Dawud ibn Ali al-Asbahani and revived by Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi, who held unique positions on issues due to his rejection of qiyas (analogical reasoning). This led to reprehensible statements in which it is not permissible to follow him. A group of imams turned away from his writings. As for Al-Albani, he did not belong to the Zahiri school. Rather, he was known for his adherence to the Quran and Sunnah, and he is one of the reliable scholars. It is permissible to benefit from his fatwas, but any of his statements that are found to contradict scholarly consensus should not be followed.
